Homicide Victim in Concord Identified

The deceased victim has been identified as Jillian Collins, age 37, of Concord, New Hampshire. An autopsy was conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The Office determined that the cause of Ms. Collins’ death was gunshot wound, and the manner of death was homicide.
