New Hampshire’s premier editorial cartoonist Mike Marland is back at InDepthNH.org where he’ll reboot his Up on the Hill cartoon exclusively for us.
Marland thought he had said it all when he stopped drawing editorial cartoons for his then-last New Hampshire client InDepthNH.org five years ago.
But the political landscape has changed and it’s driving Marland crazy.
“I am re-launching my Up On The Hill comic that comments on New Hampshire politics and the abomination that is Trump along with his cohorts and his MAGA minions.
“There is so much going on that needs pushback right now that I can’t keep my cartoon mouth shut any longer. The more voices that oppose these policies, the better. I don’t want to be one of those who sat on the sidelines and kept quiet and cartoons are a great way to give those in power the ol’ dope slap.”
This New Hampshire native plied his trade at more than 20 New Hampshire news outlets over four decades.
