AG Wants 25 More Abuse Lawsuits Against YDC Dismissed for Lack of Information

 Because the state has a need to have sufficient information regarding these claims, on Jan. 27, 2022, the state moved to have twenty-five additional suits dismissed because of a lack of information; again with the understanding that these suits may be refiled with additional information included. To the extent permitted by law, the Plaintiffs may also ask to file any new complaints under seal.

AG: 1 More Sex Assault Indictment in YDC Investigation

New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella announces that one additional individual has been indicted by the Merrimack County Grand Jury as a result of the ongoing investigation into the Youth Development Center (YDC), Youth Detention Services Unit (YDSU), and Sununu Youth Services Center (SYSC). The charges are alleged to have occurred in 2001.
