The state of mental health in New Hampshire was the subject of a lot of discussion and votes at the Executive Council Wednesday.
The investigation narrowed the window of Harmony’s disappearance to from about Nov. 28 to Dec. 10, 2019.
Gov. Chris Sununu sent a letter to Massachusetts court officials Tuesday questioning their decision to grant custody of Harmony Montgomery – the missing Manchester girl – to her father Adam Montgomery.
The Executive Council has rejected another effort to provide $1 million in funding for non-abortion reproductive health-care services for low-income residents at facilities in Concord, Greenland, Claremont, Manchester, Keene, Derry, and Exeter.

The estranged wife of Adam Montgomery has been charged with welfare fraud for taking more than $1,500 in food stamps for missing Harmony Montgomery who was not living with her at the time. Harmony was 5 when last seen two years ago.
Adam Montgomery, 31, is accused of giving Harmony Montgomery a black eye when she was five years old, two years ago, according to an affidavit.
Mr. Montgomery’s arrest was pursuant to an arrest warrant for one charge of felony second-degree assault arising from 2019 conduct against Harmony Montgomery, age 7, as well as one misdemeanor charge of interference with custody, and two misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a child pertaining to Harmony Montgomery.
