Former Concord Police Officer Michael Kosa Sentenced for Violating the Driver Privacy Act

Attorney General John M. Formella announces that on March 16, 2023, pursuant to a negotiated agreement, former Concord Police Officer Michael Kosa, age 32, of Manchester, pleaded guilty in the 6th Circuit–District Division–Concord to two class B misdemeanors for violations of Records and Certification, RSA 260:14, IX(a), commonly known as the Driver Privacy Act.

Supporters and opponents of the governor’s proposal to eliminate, consolidate or change many licensing boards in the state spoke out at a budget hearing Monday along with those who would like to see the governor’s proposed pay raises for all state employees and a 40 percent increase in private duty nursing rates for at-home care for the developmentally disabled.
