William Kelly, 40, was sentenced Monday in the Carroll County Superior Court for the murder of his girlfriend, Christine Falzone, 33, and the murder of Ms. Falzone’s unborn child in Ossipee on Dec. 17, 2023.

Judge Michael Klass sentenced Christopher Scaniffe, 40, of Manchester, on drug charges Tuesday in Hillsborough County Superior Court – Northern District, according to a news release from Attorney General John Formella.
The preliminary investigation determined that the victim, identified as Erick H. Machado, 31, of Nashua, was on a personal watercraft when it collided with the rear of a pontoon boat. Machado entered the water and was struck by the pontoon boat’s propeller, causing severe injuries to his legs, according to a Marine Patrol.
