Attorney General John M. Formella, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Nathan A. Noyes, and Franklin Police Chief David B. Goldstein announce an active search is now underway for a person of interest in the investigation into two suspicious deaths at a residence on Elkins Street in Franklin, New Hampshire.
The final investigation report, which is attached, concludes that based on all the facts and circumstances, Sergeant Eric Joyal, and Officers Eric Cooper, Brendon Megan, and Jake Sawtelle of the Manchester Police Department, as well as Troopers Brandon Tallon and Tyler Duhamel of the New Hampshire State Police, were legally justified in the use of deadly force when each officer discharged their firearm at Mr. Husejnovic.
