AG: Suspicious Shooting Death of Man in Milford

Attorney General John M. Formella announces that members of the Attorney General’s Office are responding to the scene of a suspicious death of a male that occurred after a reported shooting incident this evening in the area of a Dollar General store on Wilton Road in Milford, New Hampshire.

AG: Man Dies in Police-Involved Shooting in Plymouth

At approximately 2:40 p.m. on November 6, 2024, Plymouth Police officers were dispatched to a residence for a call of a disturbance at 27 Route 25 in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Responding police officers heard sounds consistent with gunshots coming from the interior of the residence at which point the subject barricaded himself inside.

Ex-Senator Andy Sanborn, Concord Casino Indicted for Theft of $188,473 in Main Street Relief Fund

Attorney General John M. Formella announces that Win Win Win, LLC d/b/a “Concord Casino” (“Win Win Win”) and owner and former New Hampshire State Senator Anthony M. “Andy” Sanborn of Bedford have both been indicted for theft by deception (RSA 637:4, I) and theft by unauthorized taking (RSA 637:3). These indictments follow the arrest of Andy Sanborn last week.
