ATV Registrations Skyrocket

There were more than 6,500 new Off-Highway Road Vehicle licenses sold this past year, a record, worrying Executive Councilor Joe Kenney of Wakefield and Fish and Game officials that they do not have enough enforcement help to manage a quickly growing and expanding ATV user group.
