A judge ruled against convicted murderer Eduardo Lopez’ bid for a new trial saying undisclosed evidence of a lie told decades ago by then-Nashua Police Detective John Seusing was “inconsequential” in proving Lopez’ guilt in 1993. UPDATE: Attorney General Joseph Foster had been silent since Nov. 24 as to whether the 83 other qualifying patients and designated caregivers would be able to get their ID cards before NH dispensaries are open in 2016. Then New Hampshire Public Radio reported late Thursday afternoon that Foster is advising DHHS to issue the cards.
