A new campus in Franklin focused on the needs of the state’s veterans and a $100 million fund to incentivize local housing projects across the state were among new initiatives Gov. Chris Sununu outlined in his State of the State address Thursday.
At his weekly press briefing Wednesday in Concord, Sununu announced the $12 million purchase, approved by the Executive Council Wednesday, and he said they will be sold at a cost of about $17 per single test, which can be covered by insurance.
