View from the Inside: There were distinct moments in Gov. Chris Sununu’s budget such as funding full-day kindergarten when the standing ovation and applause were from Democrats.
President Trump’s executive order on ethics also cites a section of the law that doesn’t exist.

Gov. Sununu’s budget includes delivering a full day kindergarten program for communities across the state and increase funding for charter schools by $15 million.
