It’s a big week for NH primary visits! Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Beto O’Rourke, Joe Biden, Seth Moulton, and Julian Castro are coming, beginning Friday morning:
Democratic leaders will meet with Gov. Chris Sununu Friday to try to reach agreement on a state budget for fiscal years 2020 and 2021
Sununu’s spokesman didn’t immediately return a call seeking comment.

HB 696 expands our current protective order laws to allow vulnerable adults (a person who is unable due to a physical, mental or emotional impairment to manage their own affairs or delegate responsibility to a responsible caregiver) to obtain a protective order to get immediate relief from abuse, neglect or exploitation.
Expect to see Health and Human Services staff knocking on doors in Nashua, Manchester, and Laconia and at places like the grocery store and department stores, asking residents to sign-up for the work requirement this summer.
Citizens and first responders from Meredith to Randolph lined overpasses and intersections along Routes 93 and 3 Saturday to honor the seven people who died in the crash June 21.
