The Executive Council will vote to approve or reject Shibinette at its regular meeting on Jan. 22.

In two days, Nov. 24 and 25, five of the 10 patients were taken to hospitals for suspected drug overdoses, one a suspected suicide attempt. And another youth was accused of assaulting two other patients during the same time period. On Dec. 2, the last youth at the facility was taken to the hospital after ingesting hand sanitizer, the report said.

On Tuesday, a draft transportation climate plan was released by the Transportation Climate Initiative or TCI, which for the past year has had states in the region studying ways to reduce greenhouse emissions through cleaner fuel and modes of transport.
Three hundred forty New Hampshire residents have signed petitions, organized by the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS), asking all the presidential candidates to share their plans for reducing the risks of a nuclear war. UCS will send the petitions to the candidates today.
At this time, all other youths have been transferred out of the facility.
