AG identified the victim as Catherine Heppner, age 46, of Exeter.
The charge stems from an incident which occurred on February 3, 2020, in Whitefield, where Mr. Berry recklessly caused serious bodily injury to a child less than 13 years of age by physically assaulting a 5-month-old child.
Robert Pavao (age 20), of Berwick, Maine has been arrested and charged with one count of second-degree murder.
Merrimack County Attorney Robin Davis Merrimack spoke at the news conference and said two of the victims were female and one male. They all suffered non-life-threatening injuries, she said.
