1 Man Dead, Woman and 2 Children Seriously Hurt in East Kingston Crash

Troop A barracks responded to a report of a single vehicle crash on Burnt Swamp Road in East Kingston, New Hampshire.

The adult male driver of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene, while an adult female passenger was taken by medical flight, to a Boston area hospital. Also in the vehicle were two children, a 9-month-old and a 3-year-old who both sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash.

Man Accused of Unemployment Compensation Fraud

, the State alleges that Mr. Marcelino knowingly failed to disclose his employment and earnings to the Department of Employment Security to obtain or increase his unemployment compensation benefits. As a result, Mr. Marcelino received 52 weeks of unemployment benefits totaling $36,904.00, including enhanced federal benefits during the COVID-19 pandemic, to which he was not entitled.

Former Concord Police Officer Michael Kosa Sentenced for Violating the Driver Privacy Act

Attorney General John M. Formella announces that on March 16, 2023, pursuant to a negotiated agreement, former Concord Police Officer Michael Kosa, age 32, of Manchester, pleaded guilty in the 6th Circuit–District Division–Concord to two class B misdemeanors for violations of Records and Certification, RSA 260:14, IX(a), commonly known as the Driver Privacy Act.
