Is the saga of the ill-fated McIntyre building project in Portsmouth really over? Well the General Services Administration has rejected a proposal by the city and private partner to acquire the building, but a recent vote by the city council appears to have left the door open for more discussions with the federal agency. A recent vote by the council would seem to go down that path, but one city councilor, Andrew Bagley, voted against that, opposing any more opportunity to purchase the building, which was originally offered to the city for free. I had a discussion with Andrew Bagley.
