    (Washington, DC) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Ranking Member of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, joined The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer Thursday night to discuss her bipartisan Congressional delegation to Ukraine earlier this week and rebuke President Trump’s comments about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that align with Russian propaganda talking points.   • NH State Police Allegedly Withheld Evidence in Rape Case

    By DAMIEN FISHER, InDepthNH.org A Massachusetts police officer sentenced to prison for rape could get a new trial as information emerges that New Hampshire State Police officials may have sat on evidence that undermines the credibility of a key witness. Former MBTA Officer Shawn McCarthy is seeking a new trial after he was convicted last year of sexually assaulting two women during a 2012 incident that took place in Boston.

  • AG Investigates Officer-Involved Shooting in Derry

    Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella and New Hampshire State Police Colonel Mark B. Hall announce an update on the investigation into the officer-involved shooting that occurred late Friday evening on Route 28 Bypass in Derry, New Hampshire. Around 9:20 p.m. Friday, Derry Police Officers attempted to make a traffic stop of a car being operated by Levi Coltey (age 26).  Mr. Coltey refused to bring his car to a stop.
