Community-based transmission has now been identified in the majority of the counties in the state.
To the extent members of the public were in close contact with Sen. Fuller Clark between March 7 and March 15, they should follow the below state guidelines to protect themselves and others.
These new recommendations acknowledge that providers and first responders nationwide lack the equipment they need to safely and accurately test any person who may be exposed to the novel coronavirus.
“States alone cannot address these shortages, especially when they are competing against each other and the federal government to purchase available resources.”
One Facebook commenter said, “So why wait 4 days to put out a post about it? Why wait until the Daily Sun puts it out?”
Superintendent Julie King said: “The welcomed help came while our district gets ready to launch a sort of meals on wheels program next Monday.”
Community-based transmission has been identified in the following counties: Rockingham, Grafton, Merrimack, and Carroll. There have been 39 total cases of COVID-19 identified in New Hampshire. Two patients are hospitalized and they are in stable condition; the remaining people are isolating at home.
Superintendent Brian Balke said he couldn’t identify the staffer, the school or provide much in the way of details.
“Several individuals from Rockingham and Grafton counties have no identified risk factors indicating that New Hampshire is experiencing community-based transmission of COVID-19.”
