Community-based transmission continues to increase in the State and has been identified in all counties with cases.
But the state also offered some sobering facts, reporting three new deaths to COVID-19, bringing the total to 21, and said 31 more positive tests overnight mean the state has 819 in all.
Parents, educators and students should know by the end of next week if they will be learning from home for the rest of the school year or returning to school facilities across the state.
These were two males and two females, all 60 years of age or older from Hillsborough County and one male who was 60 years of age or older from Merrimack County.
Legislative leaders believe the Joint Legislative Fiscal Committee needs to approve any expenditures and acceptance of federal funds.
Another 41 positive test results, as of 9 a.m. on April 8, brings the total number of confirmed cases to 788. Hospitalizations number 118, and nearly 9,000 tests have come back negative.
Sununu was also pressed about a new office that he created to handle federal funds without consulting the five-member council.
I submit that this action of the governor is in violation of New Hampshire’s constitution and laws.
If we don’t believe that we are entitled to health care as a human right, we will never achieve universal health care.
