Patricia Amanda Andrews, 86, of Concord, died April 13, 2026. She earned her M.D. degree at Indiana University School of Medicine in 1967 and dedicated her medical practice to caring for children with developmental disabilities. She held faculty appointments in maternal and child health and in pediatrics and psychiatry at Dartmouth Medical School. She founded the Child Development Program at the medical center in 1971 and served as its director until 1982. She was medical director of Laconia State School and Training Center and was director of the School Partnership Program at Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center in Greenfield. She was named the Pediatrician of the Year in 1997 by the N.H. Pediatric Society and, Outstanding Advocate for Children by the National School Psychologists Association in 2001. She was a volunteer with Opera North, the Grantham Historical Society, Abbot-Downing Society, the Concord Community Concert Association and Friends of the Audi. (Legacy.com)
Bonnie Zimmerman Beauregard, 79, of Rochester, died April 24, 2026. She and her husband Richard Perkins founded Pioneer Computer School of Visual Arts in 1989. It was the first post-secondary school in New Hampshire dedicated to digital art and operated until 2003 in Weare, Manchester, and Hooksett. She taught in New Hampshire schools and president of the Manchester Artist Association in Manchester in the early 80s. Her paintings are in many private collections. (Legacy.com)
John H. Hutchinson, 94, of Wilton, died April 24, 2026. He had a career in banking, beginning as a teller at Wilton National Bank in 1954 (which eventually merged with Indian Head National Bank). He rose through the ranks to become vice president and branch manager. He volunteered for many organizations in Wilton, including the Wilton Business Association, Trustee of the Trust Funds, Winter Carnival Committee, and the Masons Clinton Lodge No. 52. Nita G. Hutchinson, 86, of Hill, died April 23, 2026. She worked for the Franklin Housing Authority as executive director for many years. (The Thibault-Neun Funeral Home)
Pauline (Bickford) Laughlin, 90, of Enfield, died April 24, 2026. She was a teacher in the Mascoma School District for more than 40 years. She never had a driver’s license and walked to the school every day. She was a founding member of the Enfield Fast Squad and was often seen running to the station to get on the ambulance. She volunteered for Meals on Wheels and the Lioness Club. (Ricker Funeral Home)
Alfred Joseph Picconi, 77, of Hooksett, died April 22, 2026.He co-founded United Beverages Inc. in New Hampshire in 1987, and his career spanned 50 years in the wine and spirits industry. He served a term as a New Hampshire state representative for Grafton County from 1998-2000 while he lived in Lebanon. (Ricker Funeral Home)
