– This week, Governor Kelly Ayotte signed the following bills into law:

  • SB 18 – Permitting the commissioner of health and services to authorize additional beds for pediatric intermediate care facility under certain circumstances
  • SB 19 – Relative to hotel and motel operations
  • SB 65 – Relative to stormwater management for solar arrays
  • SB 73 – Relative to the operation of bingo games
  • SB 160 – Relative to the administration of raffles
  • SB 161 – Making technical changes to the statutes governing out-of-state placement for children
  • SB 196 – Relative to the exemption from competitive bidding requirement for certain state agency projects
  • SB 201 – Relative to the administration of raffles
  • SB 212 – Changing references from “votes” to “ballots” in the law regarding elections
  • SB 233 – Relative to the grid modernization advisory group
  • SB 254 – Relative to controlled substance inventories and relative to surrogate parent criminal history records checks
  • SB 285 – Relative to the changing of the term “physician assistant” to “physician associate”
