Buyers for homes in New Hampshire are getting a little more leverage when it comes to prices. That is due to the fact that real estate sales in New Hampshire have slipped recently.  Some of the drop is attributed to a lack of available housing for sale, or higher interest rates. Veteran Realtor John Rice helps decode some of the changing reality of real estate, buying and selling, speaking with podcast producer Roger Wood.

John Rice has 41 years of experience as a residential real estate broker on the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and is active in his community.
