NORTH CONWAY, NH – The Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the appointment of Chris Proulx as its new Executive Director. With over two decades of experience in media, advertising, marketing, and communications, Proulx brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to the organization. 

Chris Proulx has excelled in various roles throughout his career. He has led operations at Outside TV’s New Hampshire affiliate, where he spearheaded content creation, brand visibility, and audience engagement. In this role, he became well known throughout Mt. Washington Valley, where he collaborated with businesses throughout the region including many Chamber members.

Chamber President Rob Clark stated, “We were fortunate to have many qualified applicants for the position, but we quickly realized that Chris was the right person for the job. We immediately understood his passion for the Mt. Washington Valley. He is a long-time resident and member of our business community. His skill set and talents are a great fit for the role. We were also impressed with his work with many area non-profits. We are excited to have him come on board as our new Executive Director.”

Proulx added, “I am thrilled to be joining the Mt Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce as its new Director,” said Proulx. “I look forward to working with the talented team at the Chamber and our dedicated members to promote and support the continued success of our vibrant business community.”

In addition to his work with Outside TV, Proulx also has operated his own full-service media production and marketing company, and was a production manager for Resort Sports Network. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting & Film from Boston University, where he was a Blue Chip Award Winner in the Film Program. He is also actively involved in the community, serving as Marketing Director and webmaster for the MWV Soccer Club, and volunteering with Jen’s Friends Cancer Foundation and the Laura Foundation for Autism and Epilepsy.
