CONCORD, New Hampshire – The New Hampshire Department of Safety’s Division of Emergency Services and Communications is aware of the statewide 911 outage in Massachusetts on Tuesday. The Division is also aware of some New Hampshire cell phone users receiving a notification about a statewide outage. This notification applies to the Massachusetts outage only. New Hampshire 911 remains fully operational.
The Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security posted on Twitter just before 4 p.m. that 911 was fully restored in Massachusetts.
The Massachusetts 911 Department continues to investigate the cause of the disruption.
