CONCORD, New Hampshire – On July 11, 2023, at approximately 11:38 p.m., a trooper assigned to the New Hampshire State Police Troop D barracks was monitoring traffic on Interstate 93 in Concord. While doing so, he observed a vehicle traveling northbound at nearly 100mph in a posted 55mph zone and having lane control issues. After stopping the vehicle, the trooper identified the operator as:

Lisa Marie Kroeger-Kangas

Age: 46

Claremont, NH

After a roadside investigation, the trooper attempted to place KROEGER-KANGAS under arrest for aggravated driving under the influence. During the arrest, KROEGER-KANGAS actively resisted and was eventually placed in the rear of a State Police cruiser. While KROEGER-KANGAS was in the rear of the cruiser, she kicked out the right rear passenger side window sending shattered glass at two of the troopers on scene.

KROEGER-KANGAS was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen, NH, where she refused bail and was held pending her court arraignment. KROEGER-KANGAS was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and reckless operation. KROEGER-KANGAS is scheduled to appear at the Concord District Court on July 12, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
