CONCORD – The state dropped charges against six more people Friday who had been arrested Oct. 13, 2021, accused of disrupting an Executive Council meeting.

On Tuesday, activist and anti-vax nurse Terese Grinnell Bastarache had charges against her dropped just before trial in Concord District Court.

A large group had gathered at the Oct. 13, 2021, council meeting at Police Standards and Training Council in Concord to oppose spending $27 million to distribute COVID-19 vaccine.

On Friday, the state Department of Safety didn’t identify which six more individuals had their charges dropped and suggested InDepthNH.org contact the court to find their names.

According to a release sent the day of the arrests, there had been nine people arrested. It was unclear what happened to charges against the other two individuals or who they were.

Grinnell didn’t immediately return a phone call seeking comment Friday.

“After careful review of the facts and evidence available to State Police prosecutors, the New Hampshire Department of Safety has decided the remaining charges against six individuals accused of disrupting the October 13, 2021  Executive Council meeting will be nol prossed (dismissed) as the prosecution does not believe they could prove these cases beyond a reasonable doubt,” according to the Department of Safety news release.
