Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Director of Charitable Trusts is seeking public comment and will host a public hearing regarding a proposed affiliation transaction between Valley Regional Hospital and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health.
The public hearing will take place at the Claremont Savings Bank Community Center, 152 South Street, Claremont, NH on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 4:00 pm. Remote attendance through videoconferencing also will be available.
