George Bald started his career as the the youngest mayor in the history of Somersworth, went on to redevelop the former Pease Air Force Base into a world class business park and was appointed executive director of the state Department of Resources and Economic Development.

Today, Bald puts his expertise to the former Laconia State School property as the chairman of the Lakeshore Redevelopment Planning Commission. Bald explains the project in detail in this podcast.
