Every day is a big day at InDepthNH.org because we love what we do and love working for you, New Hampshire. That’s because we’re here to cover the stories that matter most to New Hampshire — from ongoing State House, Election and state Supreme Court coverage to the breaking-news moments that can change everything and we have the most talented people doing it.

Doing this work takes talented journalists like Garry Rayno, Paula Tracy, Damien Fisher, Zach Laird, Nancy West, Arnie Alpert and Katharine Webster, time, and resources. And right now, we have a chance to make your support go even further and DOUBLE each donation up to $1,000 per individual.

You got it, on Sunday, we’re kicking off our biggest fundraiser of the year: NewsMatch, a nationwide campaign to support nonprofit newsrooms like ours. And we are aiming higher than ever in our 11th year providing unbiased news, reporting without fear or favor for New Hampshire.

From Nov. 1 until Dec. 31, your donation to InDepthNH.org, published by the New Hampshire Center for Public Interest Journalism, will be matched by NewsMatch and Local NH Matchers, doubling the impact of your gift up to $1,000 per individual. NewsMatch is matching $15,000 and we already raised $20,000 from Local NH Matchers so already your $35,000 in donations will be doubled and expect even more as we strive for our best year ever.

Our goal is to raise $200,000 during the next two months. This sounds like a lot because it is, but we know you value our work and we need to dramatically up our game to attract more major donors and create the sustainable news source we need.

As more daily newspapers continue to decline, InDepthNH.org must do our best to make sure we fulfill our mission to hold the powerful accountable and give voice to marginalize people, places and ideas and report unbiased nonpartisan news that matters without a paywall.

Please help. If you want to become a Local NH Matcher with donations of $5,000 and more, please call us at 603-738-5635 or email me at nancywestnews@gmail.com. We sare a 501C-3 charity, EIN 812266973, so your donation is tax deductible.

We appreciate the Local NH Matchers who have signed up already: $5,000 from the the Geoffrey E. Clark and Martha Fuller Clark Fund, and $15,000 from Ruth and James Ewing Fund for the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

You can hit the donate button here or mail a check to New Hampshire Center for Public Interest Journalism, 38 Edgerwater Drive, Barrington NH 03825.

We appreciate all of you whether your donation is $5 or $500 or $5,000. or more This is a pivotal year for news and InDepthNH.org. These next two months can make sustainability a reality for news in New Hampshire. Help us make that happen, Please. Thanks Nancy West
