Fundraising event to benefit 701 New Hampshire nonprofits
Concord, N.H. (June 4, 2026) — 701 New Hampshire nonprofit organizations, a new record, will
participate in NH Gives, the Granite State’s largest day of giving.
Organized by the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits, the statewide online fundraising event begins at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9 and continues through 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10.
In its 11 th year, NH Gives helps raise awareness and critical funding for nonprofits serving communities across New Hampshire. Since launching in 2016, the event has raised more than $22 million for nearly 1,200 organizations statewide. Last year alone, more than 13,000 donors gave over $3.4 million to support 650 nonprofits.
“New Hampshire is fortunate to have an amazing network of nonprofits who help serve our communities and care for some of our most vulnerable citizens,” said Governor Kelly Ayotte. “As we kick off the NH Gives Campaign, I urge Granite Staters to support the nonprofits who have helped make our state such an exceptional place to live.”
This year’s participating organizations represent communities and causes across the state — from food access and youth mentoring to arts and culture, environmental conservation, health care, housing, and civic engagement.
“We continue to see incredible momentum behind NH Gives,” said Kathleen Reardon, CEO of the NH Center for Nonprofits. “A record number of nonprofits are participating this year because NH Gives works. It helps organizations reach new supporters, strengthen existing donor relationships, and shine a spotlight on the essential role nonprofits play in every New Hampshire community.”
Donors can give easily and securely through NHGives.org, where they can explore participating organizations and support the causes they care about most.
Donations made during NH Gives can go even further thanks to incentive prizes, matching gifts, and challenge funds.
To encourage giving throughout the 24-hour campaign, the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and its donors will provide $30,000 in “Power of Community” incentive prizes to organizations with the highest number of unique online donors. Additional cash and in-kind prizes from generous donors and businesses total more than $27,000.
“New Hampshire’s nonprofits do critical work every single day that makes life better for every single person who calls New Hampshire home,” said Richard Ober, president and CEO of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, NH Gives’ lead sponsor. “NH Gives is an opportunity for Granite Staters to give back and help nonprofits keep doing what they do for all of us.”
