Since making a short social media video with five other Democratic lawmakers reminding troops against obeying illegal orders, Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander, D-NH, had a bomb threat against her Concord office Friday and is now being investigated by the FBI.

“President Trump is using the FBI as a tool to intimidate and harass members of Congress,” Goodlander said Tuesday. “Yesterday, the FBI contacted the House and Senate Sergeants at Arms requesting interviews.”

The video features the Democratic lawmakers who have previously served in the military or in intelligence roles, including Senators Elissa Slotkin, and Mark Kelly, and Representatives Maggie Goodlander, Chris Deluzio, Chrissy Houlahan and Jason Crow.

The video says: “Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders.”

Last week President Trump threatened to have them arrested and charged with sedition.

U.S. Sen. Slotkin told People magazine Friday she and the other five lawmakers had 24/7 security after Trump called their short video PSA “Punishable by Death.”

On Tuesday, Goodlander said: “No amount of intimidation or harassment will ever stop us from doing our jobs and honoring our Constitution. We swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

“That oath lasts a lifetime, and we intend to keep it. We will not be bullied. We will never give up the ship,” Goodlander said.

The Guardian newspaper reported Tuesday that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth ordered the US Navy secretary to investigate Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly for “potentially unlawful comments.”
