CHESTERFIELD, N.H. – A Farmington woman is deceased following a crash in Chesterfield.
At 12:27 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2025, State Troopers assigned to the Troop C barracks responded to a multi-vehicle crash on Route 9 at Wellington Drive in Chesterfield.
The preliminary investigation determined that, for reasons that remain under investigation, a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Arreona Davey, 22, of Farmington, crossed the centerline into oncoming traffic, resulting in a three-car crash.
Davey was pronounced deceased on the scene. Two occupants (driver and passenger) of a second vehicle involved in the crash were transported to the Cheshire Medical Center with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver and three passengers of a third involved vehicle did not require medical transport.
Route 9 in Chesterfield was closed for approximately 4 hours during the investigation.
Troopers were assisted on the scene by members of the Spofford Fire Department, Chesterfield Fire Department, Keene fire and police departments, Hinsdale Police Department, and the New Hampshire State Police (NHSP) Crash Analysis and Reconstruction (CAR) Unit.
