The National Weather Service predicted showers and storms will move through Sunday with a passing cold front this afternoon and evening. Some storms may be strong to severe and bring a threat for hail and damaging winds. Once that front clears the area tonight, fair and seasonable weather returns with high pressure building in for much of the week. Temperatures moderate through the week, with increasingly humid conditions by late week. Hot and humid conditions are increasingly likely for late week.
