Shaheen Nominates 51 Granite State Students for United States Service Academies

US Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-NH

(Washington, DC) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) is announcing the nominations of 51 New Hampshire students for acceptance to the United States Service Academies. The nominees will now be considered by the U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy and U.S. Merchant Marine Academy for appointment to the Class of 2029.

“These extraordinary Granite State students have worked to maintain outstanding academic records and have demonstrated their dedication to our nation through their desire to attend one of the United States Service Academies,” said Senator Shaheen. “I have no doubt that these bright young men and women will make New Hampshire proud, and will succeed wherever their paths lead them.”
