  • HB 185: Relative to the determination of parental rights and responsibilities based on shared parenting and requiring all municipalities and school governing bodies to post on their official website the amount of funds received by the state either by allocation or grant, and relative to disability pensions for public safety employees who are victims of violence
  • HB 645: Relative to the establishment of decentralized autonomous organizations as legal entities within the state
  • HB 1245: Relative to release of confidential records of a person appointed a guardian and relative to patient access to medical records
  • HB 1371: Relative to allowing the land use master plan to include a section on waste reduction
  • HB 1456: Relative to the appointment and removal of the members of the board of tax and land appeals and the housing appeals board

The Governor signed the following bill into law earlier this week:

  • HB 1222: Relative to physician assistant scope of practice and establishing a committee to research physician assistant scope of practice

Additionally, Governor Chris Sununu vetoed the following two bills today:

  • HB 1187: Relative to prohibiting lease agreements of equipment for building or facility improvements
