AG: No Details In Suspicious Death in Concord

UPDATE at 10 a.m. Wednesday from Attorney General John Formella:

Attorney General John M. Formella and Concord Police Chief Bradley Osgood announce an update to the suspicious death of an adult male in Concord, New Hampshire on January 16, 2024.

The investigation remains active and ongoing. It is expected that there will be a police presence in the area of Garvins Falls Road and Manchester Street. Based on information currently known to investigators, all parties have been identified and it does not appear at this time that there is any ongoing threat to the public.

An autopsy is set to be conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner this morning.

Additional information will be released as it becomes available while protecting the integrity of the investigation.
