Manchester Police have arrested two men in connection with an armed robbery of a homeless man that took place in October of last year.
On October 25, 2022, Manchester Police received a report that a homeless man had been robbed
at gunpoint. The victim told police that he had been asleep and woke up to what felt like the
barrel of a gun against his head. He reported that two men were standing there, and along with
the object pressed up against his head, he saw a knife in one of their hands. He told police they
threatened and robbed him.
Through the course of the investigation, the two men were identified as 38-year-old David
Wilson and 41–year-old Michael Bernier, both of Manchester. Both were charged with Armed
Robbery, and Bernier faces an additional charge of Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon.
