Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and the Dover Police Department are investigating the deaths of two adults in Dover, New Hampshire.

The Dover Police Department responded to a single-family residence in Dover on Tuesday to conduct a welfare check. Upon entering the home, they discovered two deceased adult residents of the home.

Although the investigation is in the early stages, there does not appear to be any threat to the general public in connection with these two deaths. Autopsies are expected tomorrow. At this time, authorities are investigating this as a possible murder and suicide of the residents living at that location.

Additional information will be released as it becomes available while protecting the integrity of the investigation.
