It’s not surprising that housing in New Hampshire is expensive and hard to find. What is surprising is the level of concern it arouses among business leaders. Often they can’t fill jobs because people can’t afford to live here. And the Business and Industry Association has asked their staff to evaluate what the issue might mean to their membership statewide. Rick Fabrizio is communications director and director of public policy for the BIA.

Associate publisher and podcast producer Roger Wood recently spoke to him about the issue.
