Northeast Credit Union in Berlin

Letter to NECU members:

Yesterday, we were informed that someone who has been in our Berlin, New Hampshire branch has tested positive for COVID-19.

To further protect our staff, members and community, we have closed our Berlin branch until further notice. This time will allow us to follow the protocol set by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We will re-open when we are assured that this work environment will be safe for our staff members.

Individuals who have had close contact with this person (prolonged contact within 6 feet) have been notified, and have been asked to self-quarantine, following CDC guidelines.

We encourage you to use any of our other credit union locations, with the closest one to Berlin being our Gorham branch, which operates as Drive Up only and is located at 355 Main Street, Gorham, NH. For a full list of Northeast Credit Union branch and ATM locations, please visit us on the web at necu.org/locations.

Please visit necu.org/alltheways to explore other banking options you can use to keep your banking relationship with us running as smoothly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we remain committed to keeping you, our staff and our community safe and healthy. As your financial institution you have put a great deal of trust in us to keep your best interest at heart and we will continue to do that.
