Matt Simon says he’s cautiously optimistic about its passage, but he has seen marijuana decriminalization struck down several times already in the New Hampshire State Senate.  Simon is a registered lobbyist with the Marijuana Policy Project, a nationwide advocacy group.  Simon is the New England regional policy director.
