Planned Giving
The New Hampshire Center for Public Interest Journalism provides a variety of ways to meet individual giving needs while at the same time helping the organization to meet its mission now and in the future. Please reach out for more information on how to set up an automatic monthly donation.
Stocks And Bonds
It may be advantageous to make your donations in the form of appreciated securities. In most cases, the full market value of the securities is deductible, while capital gains taxes are eliminated.
Bequests
You can remember the New Hampshire Center for Public Interest Journalism in your will either by a specific dollar amount or percentage, or as the residual beneficiary of your estate. A bequest can serve as an enduring memorial to investigative news in New Hampshire. Following is an example of the language you could use:
“I bequeath and devise the sum of $_________ (or ______________ percent of the remainder of my estate) to the New Hampshire Center for Public Interest Journalism, a New Hampshire charitable organization having a principal place of business in Barrington, New Hampshire, (or any successor to the corporation) for its general use and purposes.”
