2 Hinsdale Men Face Drug Charges After 3-Month Probe

Concord, NH – Upon request of the Hinsdale Police Department, the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force initiated a three-month investigation into the illicit drug trafficking activities of the residence located at 28 Highland Road in Hinsdale, N.H.  On November 17, 2022, a search warrant was executed at this residence by the New Hampshire State Police SWAT team with the search being conducted by members of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force. 

An additional search warrant was executed on a vehicle located on the premises.  Pursuant to the search warrant execution, a quantity of crack-cocaine, marijuana, unknown pills, United states currency (cash), and an assortment of knives, machete, and a sword.  Arrested were the following individuals:

William Emanuel
Age 54
28 Highland Ave.
Hinsdale, N.H. – 3 felony counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug-Crack-cocaine, 1 felony count of Possession of deadly weapon by a felon

Teri Kneeland
Age 56
28 Highland Ave.
Hinsdale, N.H. – 1 felony counts of Conspiracy to commit Sale of a Controlled Drug-Crack-cocaine, 1 felony count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Crack-cocaine

Both Emanual and Kneeland were arraigned in Cheshire County Superior Court this afternoon with Emanual being held on $5,000 cash bail and Kneeland held on $3,000 cash bail. 

The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force was assisted by the New Hampshire State Police and the Hinsdale Police Department.  The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are anticipated.
