MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police found a deceased man and woman and an injured 8-year-old child at a home on Wheelock Street Tuesday morning, according to a news release from Attorney General John Formella, who described the adults’ deaths as suspicious.
Police responded following a report of a domestic dispute. The child was suffering what is believed to be a non-life-threatening injury and was transported to the hospital where they are reportedly in stable condition receiving treatment, the release said.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under active investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available, pending the results of autopsies to be conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
