Police said they took a report of a sexual assault that occurred at some time on Friday, Sept. 20 between 10:30 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 21 at 3 a.m. in the suspect’s residence hall on the UNH Durham campus.
“The impacted party described possibly having their drink drugged during the incident. The suspect and impacted party were known to each other,” the release said.
UNH police received a second report on Monday “from an impacted party who said the same suspect may have drugged them as well on Thursday, Sept. 19 in the evening.”
Both incidents are being investigated by the UNH Police Department and other administrative offices on campus.
