Transitional Housing Unit Resident in Manchester Placed on Escape Status

(Manchester, NH) – June 2, 2022 – The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that minimum-security resident ROLAND J. LABBE of the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit in Manchester has been placed on ESCAPE status, after failing to return to the Calumet House on June 1, 2022.

Mr. Labbe was last seen Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at the Calumet House, 126 Lowell St., Manchester when he signed out of the house at 9:00 A.M. to search for employment and was traveling by foot. Mr. Labbe was expected to return to the Calumet House at 12:00 P.M.

Mr. Labbe is a 66-year-old white male, 5’5”, 155lbs, brown eyes, bald with glasses. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue button-up shirt, blue pants, and white sneakers.

Mr. Labbe is incarcerated for aggravated felonious sexual assault / Victim under age 18 (632-A:2:I:L) with a minimum parole eligibility date of October 22, 2022.
