This podcast explores two sides of the housing boom, rising prices and the need for workforce housing. I speak to Adam Gaudet, a real estate Broker and president of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, and Craig Welch, Executive Director of the Portsmouth Housing Authority.

Gaudet is the Broker / Owner at 603 Birch Realty at 35 S. Main Street in Concord, an independent real estate firm serving the entire Granite State.

Welch is the Executive Director for the Portsmouth Housing Authority, overseeing a $90 million housing portfolio with eleven properties and 600 affordable housing units in the City of Portsmouth.
