Concord, NH – Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announces that on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, a notice to the New England Flag Football League assessing a $2,000 civil penalty for violations of the Amateur and Youth Sports Guidance has been issued pursuant to Emergency Order 65.
