It’s been about a month since Gerald Little took over as New Hampshire’s top banking regulator. He was appointed by Gov. Maggie Hassan and confirmed by the executive council then sworn in early in June as the Banking Commissioner. Roger Wood spoke to him in a wide-ranging interview from his Concord office.
